Toni Latortue Has Been Selected as the Circuit Director in the 12th Circuit

I am happy to announce that Toni Latortue is the new 12th Circuit GAL Program Circuit Director.  Toni Latortue has been with the GAL Program almost ten years.  She started with the GAL Program as a file clerk in Manatee County in September 2006.  Since that time, she has acted in the role of Staff Advocate, Case Coordinator, Volunteer Supervisor, and Team Leader serving in both Manatee and Sarasota Counties.    While working for the Program, Toni attended the State College of Florida and received an Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2007.  She subsequently attended the University of South Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology in 2014.  Toni has a strong foundation and understanding of the duties of all the GAL team and  is sure to be an tremendous asset to the 12th Circuit and the GAL Program.

After hearing she had been selected as the Circuit Director, Toni stated, “It has been a privilege to be part of this great Program and I am very honored to serve the 12th Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program as the Circuit Director.”

Congratulations Toni!

Respectfully,
